Under the serious anti-corruption situation, the 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China pointed out the unswerving persistence in anti-corruption with Chinese characteristics. The Chinese characteristics of anti-corruption theories are reflected on the construction and anti-corruption theories of the Marist party. The Chinese characteristics of anti-corruption functions are reflected on the consistence of anti-corruption and ruling security. And the Chinese characteristics of anti-corruption mechanism are reflected on the faith of “combating corruption and building a clean government based on the national conditions”. The Chinese characteristics of anti-corruption mechanism are expressed in two aspects. One is to build up a mechanism that restricts and supervises the power, which leaves people no guts to rot, no chance to rot and no will to rot. The other is to tackle corruption in an integrated way that deals with the matter, the power, and the person.
