Driven by the interests,the market of “limited-property housing” gradually enlarges in various ways, and has become a big problem of the real estates market of China. At present, the urban-rural dualistic structure is the main obstacle to urban and rural integration, so the problem of law system of land property in the circulation of the rural construction land has to be resolved. To solve this problem in entirety, we should treat different sorts of houses with different ways based on the balance of interests among relevant parties, considering concrete conditions of houses and consideration of urban and rural integration. Administrative law is the important mechanism to control and standardize administrative power, which defines the boundaries and constraints for government power, sets the legal boundaries for the operation of government power. The boundaries of government power are power authorization, power guarantee and administrative responsibility. The constraints of government power are due process, rational administration and standardized administrative discretion.

In recent years, with the reform and opening policies going further, the transition of market economy, and the adjustment of social interest pattern, mass incidents are increasing, which has become a prominent problem affecting the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Meanwhile, the occurrence of mass incidents may lead to the government failure, partial loss of political power, and social chaos, which have attracted many concerns of the academic and produced a series of research results. Based on the mass incidents papers of CSSCI publication source in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI in short in the following), the paper used the quantitative and visual analysis methods to study the number, the research institutions, authors, citations number, subject field, and key words of mass incidents, which can help us fully understand the research progress of mass incidents in China. Five main findings are derived. First, the research on the mass incidents in China has experienced four stages: exploration stage, gradual development stage, rapid development stage, and fallback stage. Second, it has formed a multi-disciplinary integration of management, sociology, and political science. Third, in terms of research topics, it mainly discusses the definition, causes, classification and characteristics, evolution, and countermeasures of mass incidents. At the same time, rural mass incidents, online collective behaviors, and environmental mass incidents have become hot topics in the research of mass incidents. Moreover, on the basis of focusing on macro research, the research on mass incidents has also begun to shift to the micro.

The current literary geography study generally focuses on the impact of the regional culture on the authors and ignores the authors’ construction of the regional culture. This paper, based on the construction of “the northeastern township of Gaomi” by Moyan, illustrates that it is the overall historical-cultural context beyond the regional culture that determines the value of regional writing. The cultural image of the regional culture in the fictions depends not only on the real regional characteristics, but also on the authors’ cultural standpoints and ideas. In general, it’s Moyan’s life doctrine, cultural ecology and the folk position’s historical and political view that constitute the dominant view for the construction of the northeastern township of Gaomi. These elements determine the cultural image of the hometown that he describes.

This publication has response to the history and culture of the South China Sea region, reflecting the knowledge and exchange of acceptance conditions of the Chinese history, culture, ideas and other aspects after the western missionaries entry into the Chinese mainland. It is a precious record for understanding of Chinese social, cultural phenomena and historical figures in that period.

With many potential dangers, dense populated urban public places are usually areas of high risks. Identification and evaluation of dangers can eliminate potential risks, followed by the corresponding measures that can reduce the probability of accidents and losses to some extent. From the viewpoint of person, environment, management, technology and economy, this essay established a comprehensive risk assessment index system that was both quantitative and qualitative for urban public place by survey. Then the system was optimized, in which 19 key indicators were retained. Among them, ″safety management″, ″economic development″, and ″structure and configuration of places″ carried relatively more weight, exposing their great influence on the safety of urban public places. So they were the main objectives that should be attached more importance when assessing the risks of urban public places. Besides, the key indicators mainly represented by ″frequency of safety training″ and ″the number of professional rescuers″ had a significant effect on the safety of public places, which could not be ignored during daily management of urban public places.

With the development of chemical industry and the establishment of chemical industry parks, Chemical safety risks are increasingly exposed to the public. What media are the public′s chemical risks more vulnerable to? In this paper, a stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on residents around Shanghai Chemical Industry Park. Based on the framework of social amplification of risk, linear regression and quantile regression were used to explore the impact of media use and environmental knowledge on risk perception of residents around Shanghai Chemical Industry Park. The study showed that traditional media, new media and interpersonal media all had significant positive effects on risk perception. Traditional media had greater impact on low-risk perception, new media have greater impact on high-risk perception, and interpersonal media had an impact on all risk perception of the population. In addition, environmental knowledge weakened the public′s perception of chemical risks and the impact of media use on chemical risks. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening the supervision of network public opinion and popularizing scientific and chemical knowledge to the public.

David Graeber, an American anthropologist, points out that many people in developed countries are doing bullshit jobs that are meaningless and have no benefit to society. But objectively, bullshit jobs do exist, and the fact that most people are dissatisfied with work cannot be ignored. Therefore, this article believes that while bullshit jobs should be eliminated, the ideology that ″all work is good″ should also be challenged. What′s more, the work content and the division of labor should be rationally organized, so that we can eventually eliminate the alienated labor and move towards the post-work future.

The influence of western culture on the new literature makes the researchers explore, for a long time, the cultural origin of new literature from “western” resources, but “the Tradition of Couplets and Chinese New Literature ”is far away from the shackles of this research model, and finds the potential relationship between the couplets and new literature in Chinese traditional culture resources. The couplet tradition not only affects the values of the new writers, ways of thinking, but also plays an indispensable role in the interpretation of topic implication, artistic expression and construction of narrative structures. Therefore, it greatly reduces the cognition bias of the academic field to the couplet culture, reconstructs the image of literary history, and improves the understanding of cultural origin of the new literature, which all together are important for the study of the relationship between the couplets and new literature in the future.

All living beings may have coating phenomenon, but only the human one both has correctness issue and legitimacy issue. The future development of pedagogy lies in the people-oriented and self-conscious construction by integrating human studies.
