Abstract

Subjective well-being of social networking users has already caused the attention of researchers in many research fields. By reviewing the theoretical and quantitative empirical studies in last few years, this article reviewed the scientific status of social networking users' subjective well-being. Presently, the concept of subjective well-being of social networking is ambiguous and lacks a use context. Furthermore, most studies use Subjective Well-being scale to measure social networking users' subjective well-being and lack a standardized measurement tool. Existing researches about influencing factors of subjective well-being of social networking users mainly focus on personality traits、demographic factors、behavioral patterns, use intensity and so on. However, it needs further conformity and clarity. Further studies should focus on the concept definition, content structure and measurement, influencing factors, functioning system and effects, andcross-cultural/indigenous investigation should be conducted.
