Hence, we must actively explore the effective way to awaken the noble ideological and moral pursuit of Party members and cadres. The policy of running the party strictly should be ethical and discipline-binding, and the system should run in the track of the ideological identity. The two are dialectical unity and mutual coordination, which help to form a new pattern of comprehensive governing party with refining internally and externally and addressing both the symptoms and root cause.
