Abstract
The establishment of the multi integrity of law talents cultivation mechanism rethinks the single model of legal education, and highlights the unity of the ideal of law education and the realistic demand of the rule of law. It attempts to constitute a more diverse, flexible and open training mechanism. The diversified integrity originates from the idea of transform from ″law talents training″ to ″rule of law talents training″, which not only embodies legal experiences and reflection of the past forty years since the opening up policy, but also shows the practical need of the new era for a comprehensive governance of law. Concretely speaking, the integrative model of legal talents cultivation includes four aspects: the diversification of the cultivated subjects, the diversification of the cultivating methods, the diversification of the talents types, and the diversification of evaluation criteria. The diversified con tents need to be integrated, which, on the one hand, should combine the socialist educational thought with Chinese characteristics with the rule of law, and on the other hand, should also integrate the system of outstanding legal personnel cultivation with the unified national legal occupation examination system under the command of the comprehensive governance of law.
