Abstract
The implementation of the ″three child″ policy has brought a series of impacts on women′ s childbirth, which is mainly reflected in the marriage instability caused by the increased number of left behind women, the conflicts between husband and wife caused by the inequality of gender division of labor and family economic status, high frequency of the conflicts between mother in law and daughter in law due to the multi child parenting, and harms that high age childbirth can bring to the physical healthof pregnant and lying in women. For the ″three child″ policy to be implemented in rural areas, it is not only necessary to adopt relevant incentive and rewarding measures, but also to make efforts to popularize the maternity insurance system, strengthen gender equality education, and improve public service facilities for childcare, education, and medical care.
