Abstract
Being willing to be hunted stems from corrupt psychology. It will not only have a negative impact on the personal values, words and deeds of corrupt people, but also have an impact on the normal operation of the ruling party, the government and even the whole society, causing a series of crises. In terms of characteristics, the corrupt psychology of ″Willingness to be Hunted″ has a compound psychological structure, exists in a semi open way, and strengthens the biological instinct of individuals to pursue advantages and avoid disadvantages. Based on the elements of cognition, emotion and intention, this pa per analyzes the generation mechanism and realization path of the corruption psychology of ″Willingness to be Hunted″. Itis not only to provide a thinking direction for the scientific governance of the corruption ″ Willingness to be Hunted″, but also to reveal the importance of noninstitutional factors in the process of corruption to attract further attention from the academic circles, and then seek an effective response to the practical problem of why corruption is still under repeated treatment under the situation of high pressure anticorruption.
