In this paper, we study optimal design for mixture exponential model, one of the nonlinear mixture models. We obtain the D-optimal design for this model. Our method can be extended to other mixture system.

    The optimal economic growth and employment growth rate is closely related with the employment, the increase in the growth rate, the optimal growth rate will increase, but when it reaches a certain point, the improved employment growth rate will reduce the optimal economic growth rate. In the optimal economic growth labor intensity curve is a logical saturation curve, so at the left inflection point, employment growth rate and economic growth rate increase, and at the right end of the inflection point, the employment growth rate in contrast with the optimal economic growth rate changes direction. In addition, the relationship between the optimal economic growth rate and some parameters is close when long-term, optimal growth rate decreased gradually while the long-term optimal economic growth rate gradually increased.

    Due to the different economic environments and different mechanisms of market operation, risk-return relationships of the stock markets in different regions are often not the same. This paper uses semiparametric GARCH-M model to study the risk-return relationship between four different regional stock markets. The results indicated that the semiparametric GARCH-M models perform better than the corresponding parameter GARCH-M model in all of the four stock markets.From the estimated mean function curve,we say that the four risk-return relationships are all nonlinear relationship, and they all have their own characteristics. Among them, British stock market volatility of stock price index has the minimal range, and the Chinese market’s biggest risk premium was the lowest in the four stock index.

    The poor stability and slow response during the charge-discharge cycling still limit the practical applications of conducting polymers in supercapacitors. Construction of three-dimensional (3D) metal based-electrodes holding advanced architectures has been considered as one of the most promising ways to solve the problem of conducting polymers for the achievement of superior performance. Herein, a novel nest-like 3D-Ni@polyaniline (PANI) core/shell electrode with fast ion transport and high conductive backbone for facile electron transfer was synthesized to enhance the electrochemical performance for supercapacitors. Benefiting from rational design, 3D-Ni@PANI exhibited high specific capacitance (Csp), good rate capability and high cycle stability. Furthermore, an advanced asymmetric supercapacitor with high energy density, exploiting as-reported hierarchical polypyrrole based composites as the anode and 3D-Ni@PANI as the cathode, has been developed. The 3D-Ni@MnO2@PPy//3D-Ni@PANI asymmetric supercapacitor could deliver a wide operation voltage of 1.3 V with maximum energy and power densities of 23.3 Wh·kg-1 and 5 870.8 W·kg-1.

    Activity and stability of oxygen evolution reaction (OER) for Pt/C, Pd/C and Au/C have been compared in 0.1 mol·L-1 KOH solution. The activity order of OER is Pd/C>Pt/C>Au/C and the stability order of OER is Pd/C>Au/C>Pt/C. The Pd/C gives the best OER stability, which is in agreement with that the Pd/C gives the best OER activity. Au/C gives a better stability than Pt/C, although it gives a worse activity than Pt/C.

    A series of Al2O3-TiO2 composite supporters with different mole ratio of Ti/Al were prepared by sol-gel method. And the samples were characterized by TG/DTG, XRD, FT-IR, SEM-EDS and BET in order to select the optimum synthetic conditions. The experimental results indicated that the uniformity and agglomeration of TiO2 could be changed by the concentration Butyl Titanate when the Ti/Al=0.02, 0.04, Al2O3-TiO2 had uniform coating layer. With increasing the concentrations of Butyl Titanate, the surface area and pore volume of Al2O3-TiO2 decreased due to the additon of TiO2 with low surface area. A stable transparent sol was synthesized when pH value was 1 to 2, and the specific surface area of the supporter was about 199 m2·g-1.

    Branched 8-oxa-spiro [4,5] quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized by using morpholino, 1,4-dibromo-butane and anhydrous potassium carbonate as raw materials and using water as solvent through quaternization reaction. The effect of material ratio, temperature and reaction time on the conversion rate of morpholino were studied. The results show that: the amount of morpholino, 1,4-dibromo-butane, potassium carbonate are 0.10 mol, 0.14 mol, 0.11 mol, refluxed for 3 hours and the temperature is 110 ℃, the conversion rate of morpholine was 91.7%. Finally the research characterized the structure of product through HNMR,IR,TG and HPLC-MS.

    In order to improve the performance of particle swarm optimization (PSO), the hybrid PSO (HPSO) was established through the combination of PSO and genetic algorithm (GA). The optimization program of concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) frame under this hybrid PSO was written by MATLAB. The inter-story drift angles of the structure and the moments of the columns were defined as the constraints, and the objective function of the mathematical model was the sum of the cross section area of the core element of all buckling-restrained braces (BRB). The optimized results of a CFST frame with BRBs showed that it is feasible to optimize the CFST frame with BRBs under earthquake wave by HPSO. The HPSO has the advantages of good global search ability in the early optimization stage and good local search ability in the latter optimization stage.

    Based on an actual engineering of cable-stayed bridge in practice, the FE modal considering the interfacial bond-slip effect is constructed. The effect of shear studs’ stiffness on the interface slippage, deflection, stress and strain performance and the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite beam stayed-cable bridges are studied respectively. The results show that the stiffness of shear studs can influence the interface slippage of composite beams and the deflection of bridge, both the interface slippage and the deflection of the bridge increase rapidly with the decrease of the shear studs’ stiffness. The growth amplitude of the mid-span’s deflection reaches 22.2% if there are no shear studs in the interface. With the decrease of the stiffness of shear stud, the law of strain distributed along the height of beam largely diverges from the plane cross-section assumption, the neutral axis of section will move down, which will lead to the tension stress occurring in the concrete slab. The effect of the shear connectors’ stiffness on the ultimate bearing capacity of composite beam cable-stayed bridge is very large, and the coefficients of live load and structural safety will decrease by nearly a half when there are no bonds between the concrete slabs and the steel beams.

    Taking a college library in Guangzhou as an example, the influence of building vertical greening to outdoor thermal environment was studied using CFD method, and the results showed the temperature on 1.5 m height of building frontal square,the grassland and the river,reduced about 0.5~2.5 ℃,0.5~2.0 ℃ and 0.5~1.5 ℃ respectively, and about 8 ℃ on the roofing surface on the summer typical calculation date compared before with after using the vertical greening. Vertical greening not only improves effectively the outdoor environment, but also reduces the heat island effect, and outdoor and roofing temperature, and raises the roof insulation performance, and achieves the purpose of energy saving.

    On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the construction of web course, combined with the user experience thinking in the field of product design and taking the Information System Success Model and technology acceptance behavior and other related theories as foundation, the text discusses the reference model of constructing user experience satisfaction structural model and theoretical basis, then determines the critical variables of structural model in this study based on the reference model, and we form a structural model about online course user experience satisfaction by analyzing the path relationship among the variables and then verify the structural model through data analyzing. The results of our study found that perceived usefulness,using behavior and learning achievement are positively related to user experience satisfaction, among which the system quality and content quality indirectly affect the user experience satisfaction by perceived usefulness and the using behavior of learners indirectly affects the user experience satisfaction by learners’ emotional feedback and learning achievement. The results have certain enlightenment for the design and development of the web course.

    Preparation of bio-char with corn cob, and through the batch balance test, analysis of the bio-char thermodynamics, kinetics of Cd2+ and factors that affect the adsorption, the results showed that the yield of the bio-carbon with pyrolysis temperature decreases gradually and the colors red brown-shallow black-black-deep black change, its adsorption of Cd2+ 12 hours in balance, the adsorption quantity increases with the increase of pH, the adsorption reaction is spontaneous reaction, reaction conforms to the Langmuir model, dynamic more accordant with the secondary dynamic model.

    At present, with the further development of our country’s higher education and the modernization of campus environment, the contradiction between the shortage of the old campus construction in colleges and universities in our country and the current status of education have become increasingly prominent, and the open space of old campus is more difficult to meet the development needs of the school. In order to endow the old campus open space new vigor, promote the organic growth of old campus, we take the 100-year-old Northwest Normal University as an example to explore the reshaping of the open space in old campus. Through consulting literature and fieldwork to make cognitive study of Northwest Normal University’s old campus open space, and find that the old campus open space has some deficiencies, such as space scattered layout, accessibility is not strong and lack of continuity, etc. Based on the respect of the construction of the original space, combining with the “organic renewal” theory of urban design, and putting forward remodeling principles of reachability, organic, context and sequential asymptotic of the old campus to the old campus open space, we put forward the remodeling scheme according to different types of open space. We hope to give new vitality in the old campus of Northwest Normal University and provide valuable basis to promote the organic growth of universities’ old campus.

    According to the characteristics of high-technology industry, this paper analyzes the components of its independent innovation environment and constructs its evaluation index system. By referring to the statistical data, it sorts independent innovation environment by the definition of distance in high-dimensional space. The regression model predicts independent innovation environment. The results yield to the improvement of the independent innovation environment of high-technology industry in Guangdong.

    A successful entrepreneurial case of Guangzhou University, Relaxing Moment Bakery,is studied, which extended its business from Beiting Village to half of the Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center. This case study will combine entrepreneurship with marketing and other theories to analyze the present entrepreneurial situation and the process of Relaxing Moment Bakery, revealing the cause of its success. Accordingly some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to college graduates are provided.

    Special funds play an important role in the development of the university. The effective performance evaluation to special funds is the need of the university and also the requirement of the ministry of finance. This article, using the theory of Balance Score Card and taking the construction project of university laboratory as the research object, tries to establish the performance evaluation index system which is designed by finance, efficiency, effectiveness, learning and growth and takes strategic objective as the core. After the establishment of the index system, the article uses the analytic hierarchy to determine the weight of different performance evaluation index, and finally, preliminarily establishes the performance evaluation system of university special funds.
