    Active galactic nuclei (AGNs) is one of the most active subjects in modern astrophysics. It is significant for us to explore the formation and evolution of galaxies, to determine the cosmology constants, to study the large scale cosmological structure and the origin of the cosmic background. Bazar is a special subclass of AGNs, it shows some extreme observational properties: luminous brightness, high and variable polarization, large amplitude and violent variability, superluminal velocity and high energetic gamma-ray emissions. In the paper, the variability and the beaming effect are introduced. Short time scales can be discovered from the dense observations. Short time scale as short as 200 s in TeV bands was detected from PKS 2155-304. The shortest time scales in the optical bands are observed from our own observations from OJ 287, 3C 273, and S5 0716+714. Periodicity analysis together with more methods being adopted to the uneven sampled data can remove the false periods and pick out the physics ones. Time scale can also constrain the determinations of Doppler factors in the gamma-ray bands.

    This article reviews conditions and analyzes the role of these conditions leading to the Unruh-Hawking effect proposed in the paper titled “Universal coordinate transformation leading to Hawking effect”. Based on the same method, we find the sufficient conditions of leading to the continuable Bifurcate Killing horizon, and a demonstration is given. New conditions proposed in this paper, in principle, can also include the situation of non orthogonal time axis and space axis. Due to surface gravity being non-zero on the continuable Bifurcate Killing horizon, these conditions are also the sufficient conditions of leading to the Unruh-Hawking effect. Finally, as an example, we discuss the situation on the extreme Killing horizon of the RN black holes.

    Pulsars are fastly rotating neutron stars. Most pulsars show strong polarization in their emission. Rotating vector model was proposed in late 1960s and used to constrain two important emission geometry parameters, the magnetic inclination angle and the impact angle between the line of sight and the magnetic axis, by fitting the observed linear polarization angles. These parameters are very useful to the studies of pulsar emission, dynamics and evolution. Many successive studies were performed to revise the classical rotating vector model by considering various physical and geometrical effects, among which a method to estimate the emission altitude by considering the aberration effect was developed and widely used. However, these methods have theoretical limitations. They are only applicable to pulsars with low emission altitudes. In this paper we reviewed the previous methods to determine the parameters of emission geometry and emission region, and defined their application in a couple of related issues, current problems and the direction of future study.

    By analyzing weighted fuzzy time series model which is put forward by Qiu, this paper points out the insufficiency about the fuzzy relationship matrix in his model. Therefore we redefine the fuzzy relation of the different membership degree and the corresponding fuzzy logic relation matrix which should be considered on prediction, and establish a modified weighted fuzzy time series model. In addition, the mean square error (MSE) and the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) are used to analyze the forecasting accuracy of both models, and the effectiveness of the model is verified; it is proved that the model is stable by considering the accuracy when the membership number is different.

    In this paper, we discuss the essential norm of Hankel operators and Toeplitz operators on D2φ, the weighted harmonic Dilichlet space of the unit disk with symbol function in L2,1φ(D) and L∞,1φ(D) respective-ly.We obtain approximation formulas of assential norm of Toeplitz and Hankel operators by distance of Toeplitz and Hankel operators to the set of compact operators on D2φ.

    The paper is concerned with the Neumann boundary value problems for second order ordinary differential equations on infinite intervals. By using Guo-Krasnosel'skii fixed point theorem on suitable spaces, combined with some properties of the Green's function of the corresponding homogeneous problems, some existence results of positive solutions are established for the two cases that nonlinear terms depend or don't depend on derivatives.

    In this paper,we study the existence of a pullback attractors for non-autonomous Brinkman-Forchheimer equation.The existence of the D- absorbing set is obtained by using the uniform estimates of the solution, and the asymptotic compactness is proved by using the truncated function technique.Then the existence of a pullback attractors is proved by this kind of compactness.

    The Ni0.85Se decorating multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) composite was synthesized by a one-step facile hydrothermal method. And the Ni0.85Se/MWCNT nanocomposite was characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM. Compared with uncomposited electrodes such as MWCNT and Ni0.85Se, the as-prepared Ni0.85Se /MWCNT composite electrode exhibited significantly improved electrochemical performance in the microbial fuel cell. The maximum power density of Ni0.85Se /MWCNT composite electrode is 190.7 mW·m-2, which is 68.5% of the MFC with Pt/C catalyst. We believe that the Ni0.85Se /MWCNT composite may provide a novel route to the exploration and design of cost-effective electrocatalysts for MFCs.

    Some transmission towers, designed under old regulation, fail to meet the new safety requirement/environment. This paper adopted a method to reinforce the main structural members of transmission tower which includes steel plate and fixtures. This method needn’t to punch or disassemble the original tower materials, and shows remarkable effect. The numerical analysis model is made by ANSYS software, and analysis results are compared with experimental results. The effect of this method in the straight-line tower of double circuit was investigated. Influence analysis is made on the width, thickness, yield strength of steel plate and the initial gap between steel plate and angle steel. The result shows that, the effect of initial gap between steel plate and angle steel is relatively remarkable, the greater the gap, the smaller the bearing capacity. This method could be safely, expediently, and effectively applied to the reinforcement of transmission towers.

    A steel structural industrial building was the object of research in this paper. According to the guidance of concrete-filled-tube unified theory and the design formula of axial compression strength bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tubular axial compression strength raised by the author, an industrial building was designed that used hollow concrete filled steel tubular columns, while the factory counterpats underwent comparative analysis with pure steel column under the equivalent stiffness conditions. Besides we investigated the structure of the important parameters for seismic performances, and compared the economic benefits. As a result, with the equivalent stiffness conditions, the capital on top measuring displacement of hollow concrete filled steel tubular column industrial building was smaller than that of pure steel structure columns, while the bottom of the column reaction was bigger. Besides, hollow concrete filled steel tubular column workshop can save 6% cost.

    Domestic urban design is oriented at spatial management, whose working framework is shifting from “general+location” to “general+special” mode. Shanwei overall urban design takes the history and memorials of urban space as special subjects, integrates the development of space into the development of urban history and culture, deeply analyzes the historical and cultural connotation of these urban spaces, and puts them into space design management to confirm and highlight the city's historical and cultural heritage and urban characteristics. Taking Shanwei as an example, this article discusses how to find and analyze historic and monumental spots in a city, and argues the design management techniques.

    This paper sums up the method of finite element analysis on the bending performance of H-shaped steel beam, steel beam concrete composite beam and steel reinforced concrete composite beam about their ultimate bending resistance. It also points out the difference on the capacity of withstand bending and the damage of concrete models among different kinds of combination beam. This paper discusses the influence of concrete strength, yield strength of steel products and puts forward methods of matching materials of different grades.On the basis of these,the prospect of the research on the calculation of the collaborative work degree of materials of the composite beam is forwarded.

    In order to optimize the index reduction technology of differential algebraic equations (DAEs) systems from multi-domain unified modeling and simulation software, a new index reduction algorithm was proposed. It improved the classical Pantelides' algorithm via introducing the concept of signature matrix, and thus tackle the systems of DAEs with any differential order directly. The result of preliminary numerical experiments has showed that the elapsed time of signature matrix algorithm (SMA) is independent of the sparse ratio of DAEs systems, but the running time of the modified Pantelides' algorithm (MPA) decreases along with the decreasing of the sparse ratio. Moreover, when the sparse ratio in a system of DAEs is at a low level, the performance of the MPA in practical running is significantly superior to the performance of the SMA.

    RFID network planning is a hard optimization problem. In the paper, a particle swarm optimizer (PSO) with cloud generators is introduced for optimizing RFID network. In the algorithm's offspring generation scheme, new particles are generated in the cloud way or in the PSO way. ①The cognitive population of PSO is firstly used to estimate Expectation, Entropy and Super-entropy of good solution regions by backward cloud generator. ②And then the estimated Expectation, Entropy and Super-entropy are used to produce cloud particles by positive cloud generator. ③Both local information from PSO particles and the global information from cloud particles are used to guide the next search. The proposed algorithm is applied to optimize some well-known RFID network benchmark instances used in the literature. The experimental results show that the algorithm has better search ability than original PSO in the benchmark instances.

    Emergency incident makes a high request for timeliness of emergency rescue. How to make scientific and reasonable schemes and reduce the influence of subjectivity is the key to rescue in order. According to the situations in a disaster, three issues of environmental limit, objective attribute and subjective judgment need to be considered in decision-making. A method combing cloud model and interval number was put forward. An optimal scheme was obtained by comparing the rescue scheme evaluation cloud with the standard cloud. The results show that the cloud model decision-making method can overcome the subjectivity of decision, the conclusion is clear and easy to sort out and the decision scheme can be more direct and vivid.
