The work of college-graduate village official is characterized as comprehensive and complicated and its service covers a wide range of varieties and groups. A constant improvement of college-graduate village official’s job performance must rely on vigorous institutional construction which is carried out from key points including optimizing and perfecting tactics of examination and enrollment, pre-job training, working, performance appraisal, incentive security and personnel flow as well as implementing outgoing leaving village official support plan. Only by further boosting institutional innovation and promoting inter-department advantages for joint forces can we achieve a steadfast promotion of college-graduate village officials’ job performance and greater contributions in solving issues of agriculture, narrowing the gap between urban and rural, and promote the integration of urban and rural development and make greater contribution to.
