以大学生创业者为研究对象,通过对196个有效样本的跟踪调查和访谈,实证分析了创业动机与创业绩效的关系。创业动机被区分为生存驱动型、机会驱动型和成就驱动型三种,创业绩效则被分为生存绩效和成功绩效两类。研究结果表明,创业动机对创业绩效产生显著影响,但不同类型的创业动机对创业绩效产生不同影响。成就驱动型创业更加容易取得创业成功,机会驱动型创业更容易导致失败,而生存驱动型创业与创业成功和失败均没有显著关系。
Abstract
This article took the college student entrepreneurs as the research object. Based on 196 valid samples surveyed and interviewed, this article empirically analyzed the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial performance. Entrepreneurial motivation includes survival-driven motivation, opportunity-driven motivation, and achievement-driven motivation. Entrepreneurial performance includes survival type and success type. The results show that, entrepreneurial motivation has a significant impact on entrepreneurial performance. However, different types of entrepreneurial motivation have different influence. Achievement-driven entrepreneurship makes more success in business, but opportunity-driven entrepreneurship results in more failure in business, and survival driven-entrepreneurship has nothing to do with success and failure.
