信息科技已成为信息社会“规范权力运行、强化监督制约”的重要载体，但信息科技的应用并不代表权力已经规范运行，信息科技廉政风险的存在易造成权力已关进笼子的假象或电子监督失真问题，伴随信息科技产生的信息科技廉政风险也成为影响“制度+科技”笼子有效监督权力的关键因素。只有准确把握新时期电子权力运行的特点，加强对信息科技廉政风险的防控，才能实现对科技手段的善用，才能最大程度发挥科技防腐的威力，切实推进廉政风险防控工作。
