社会工作介入社区灾后重建服务的必要性在于目前我国社区灾后重建服务存在着服务水平不高、资金缺乏、服务主体固化、缺少多元力量的参与等问题。社会工作倡导基本生活保障型和扩展型两种类型的社区灾后重建服务,并积极主张发展具有多种服务形式和内容的扩展型社区灾后重建服务。社会工作介入社区灾后重建服务的途径主要有:宣传社区灾后重建服务;参与社区灾后重建服务的制度建设;对社区灾后重建服务人员进行理论、方法和技术培训;为灾民提供心理咨询与辅导,实现资源的连接与整合等。

Social work need to involve in post-disaster reconstruction services in community for the following reasons: the low standard of service, the lack of money and the lack of relevant agents. We argue that two different types of services can be provided:basic life support services and extended post-disaster reconstruction services.We also argue that a extended post-disaster reconstruction services need to be developed.The paths that social work can involve with the community include: introducing post-disaster reconstruction rervices in community, participating in the formulation of policies,teaching service personnel about theory,method and technology,providing the service of psychological counseling for the victims,realizing the connection and effective integration of resources.
