There are many methods to construct quantum codes, and the classical linear codes of quantum codes is one of them. Recently, many researchers through a construct the classical linear codes certain class of polynomials. But there are some limitation with the length of codes. In this paper we loosen the restriction and use these polynomials to construct classical linear codes with new parameters. Then we use the Hermitian self orthogonal to construct a class of quantum codes. For a given q, the structure of the quantum code expands the range of code length.

Numerical models of single steel fiber pull-out test under dynamic loading have been created based on meso-level heterogeneity of material. The failure process of single fiber pull-out test on concrete matrix with various embedment depth have been visualized. Load-displacement curves and Displacement-AE (Acoustic Emission) curves are obtained. Influence of embedment to properties of single fiber pull-out test under dynamic loading are, therefore, investigated in this paper. The results show that the change of embedment depth has great influence on failure pattern and shear stress distribution, under same dynamic loading. With increasing embedment depth, peak load and toughness of specimen increase.

In this paper, effect of chopped glassfibre length and content on bending properties of premixed casting GRC is studied. The study suggests that GRC has high bending strength when the glassfibre content is 3% of the mass of the cement, and the length of glass fiber is 12~30 mm. Under the condition of premixed casting method, the contribution of glass fiber to GRC bending strength is not significant hen the water-cement ratio is 0.5. The bending strength of GRC increases obviously when the glassfibre content is 6% of the cement mass. In a certain range of glassfibre content, the higher the glassfibre content is, the greater the peak deflection of GRC is, and the more obvious the descending section of bending stress-deflection curve is, the more obvious the GRC ductile failure characteristics are.

In such a big-data and mobile internet era, function approximation has been widely applied in every walks of life. Meanwhile, Deep Learning and Autoencoder have also drawn more and more attention. Because of the complexity of parameters tuning in each layer and the limited number of hidden layer, the tradition approach to supervised learning for BP neural network tends to be trapped in local optima. Besides, in the traditional approach, unwanted effects would probably such as poor efficiency, big error and so on if the algorithm is applied to the approximation control system. Therefore, in order to solve all the above problems, we present a network of function approximation control system which is based on Deep Learning and Autoencoder with the mechanism which can train the parameters independently layer-by-layer. The comparative emulation experiment indicates that the approach to unsupervised learning for Deep Learning and Autoencoder can effectively improve the accuracy of the function approximation, which has favorable application prospect in the control system of function approximation.

In order to analyze the functional integration and coordination of the cerebral cortex during the mental tasks with speech imagery, and enhance the classification accuracy of the tasks, the cross correlation values of EEG signals can be calculated for synchronization analysis. Firstly, all electrodes are paired to calculate the cross correlation values. Secondly, two sets of electrode pairs are selected according to the principle of difference maximization. Lastly, the cross correlation values of two pairs of electrodes are combined with the characteristic values of common spatial pattern and then classified by support vector machines. The results of 10 subjects show that selected electrodes of 7 subjects are in the frontal area of the cerebral cortex, and frontal area has different information exchanges with other brain regions during the imaginary phase. The average classification accuracy between two types of mental tasks is increased by 1.8% after adding synchronization features. Synchronization analysis can not only display the information communication between the cerebral cortex, but also improve the performance of the brain computer interface based on mental tasks.

In order to improve the performance of environmental hormone in the treatment of phthalic acid esters (PAEs), the removal efficiency and degradation mechanism of PAEs (DMP, DEP, DBP, DEHP) by ozone, activated carbon, ultrafiltration and two kinds of combined processes were studied in this paper. The results showed that the single ozone oxidation, activated carbon adsorption, ultrafiltration filtration can remove part of PAEs, the Optimum ultrafiltration operation pressure 0.01 MPa. When the influent concentration of PAEs is 10, 15, 20, 25 μg·L-1, the comprehensive removal rate of PAEs from ozone activated carbon process is 55.19%~66.12%, the detection concentration of small molecules DMP and DEP is lower than 3 μg·L-1 , and the treatment effect is better than that of DBP, DEHP. Activated carbon ultrafiltration process has a significant effect on the filtration of high molecular weight PAEs, and the detection concentration of PAEs is 0~3.11 μg·L-1. By a comparison on two kinds of combination process, in low, high influent PAEs concentration, activated carbon—ultrafiltration process on the PAEs removal rate and PAEs end of the effluent concentration are better than that of ozone—activated carbon process treatment. Ultrafiltration, as the third generation water purification process, has a good technological advantage.

EPS of activated bacterium are extracted by five methods including sonication extraction, formaldehyde-sodium hydroxide extraction, high temperature-sodium carbonate extraction, high temperature-sodium hydroxide extraction, CER extraction. The properties of EPS extracted by five different methods were analyzed by infrared spectrum, three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum, and the EEM spectra of EPS were analyzed by parallel factor analysis. We can conclude that the total content of protein and polysaccharide extracted by High temperature-sodium hydroxide extraction and High temperature-sodium carbonate extraction are higher than other methods (EPS). The infrared spectrum characteristic peaks obtained by the three EPS extraction methods including the Formaldehyde-sodium hydroxide extraction, High temperature-sodium carbonate extraction and High temperature-sodium hydroxide extraction are more obvious than those obtained by the ultrasonic method and the CER method. It can be seen from the Three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum that the peak position of EPS extracted by different methods is not the same. What can be obtained from the PARAFAC method analysis is that the tryptophan of EPS can be obtained by ultrasonic extraction method and CER method, while the tyrosine of EPS can be obtained by ultrasonic extraction method, the Formaldehyde-sodium hydroxide extraction, High temperature-sodium carbonate extraction and High temperature-sodium hydroxide extraction.

Dissolved oxygen (DO) is an important indicator of the degree of water pollution, the number of dissolved oxygen directly reflects the degree of water pollution. In this study, the quantitative inversion model of dissolved oxygen in the coastal waters of the Pearl River estuary was established by using the measured spectral data. The results show that the model accuracy can be improved by using the first order differential value modeling. The spatial distribution of dissolved oxygen in the coastal waters of the Pearl River estuary was established by modeling the third and fourth bands of the Landsat8-OLI remote sensing image, and the actual situation is basically consistent. This paper provided the basis for the remote sensing monitoring of dissolved oxygen in the coastal waters of the Pearl River estuary.
